In order to receive your money back, we insist that the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. Please follow the steps below:

Contact us (on the details below) within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will issue with a Returns Number.

 

Enclose the item(s) you want to return with the Returns Number on your receipt.

Please use the DHL Airway Bill found include your purchase, in order to arrange your DHL shipment. All of the details on this Airway Bill will already be filled in, simply sign and date the slip appropriately.

In order to receive refunds or Article exchange, orders must be shipped back to us within 14 days of reception.

 

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the Articles, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred.

With exchanges, your new items will be sent to you immediately after we receive your returning package, and the additional payment that is required.

 

Please note: that when there is no marks on the item or any wear on the tags, the item is considered new and unused. We do not sell used item and Any item with any indication that it was use are not accepted., when such a thing happen the item will be returned to the purchaser. Any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above Plum is not responsible for it.
